We are all different degrees of active and passive. If you walk around and feel as if you own the entire world, that you can do anything you set your mind to, you are a high degree of active. You make life happen on your terms. This is the power of intention. The direction your life takes follows the intentions you create. The downside of being this active is you can end up stressed and worn out. You try to take care of everything and everyone. Becoming a little more passive will reveal that you don’t need to be in control all the time.
Conversely if you think you don’t own anything at all and that you are living on borrowed time, you are extremely passive. Life seems to happen to you. You don’t live with intention, or if you do, you find you cannot accomplish what you intend to. Your successes seem accidental. If you ever feel like circumstances are stacked against you and you have no control, becoming more active can give you an entirely new perspective on your situation, but how do you do that?
Well, for the last 30 years, I’ve searched for the root cause of these different approaches to life. What I’ve recently found is an extremely subtle difference in how the mind and body process these different mindsets.
I discuss this life changing distinction in the latest Cluster Call . A Cluster Call is a conference call I host twice a week. For more information on how to listen in to one for free, click here. I’ve taken the highlights of this ground breaking call and made them available to you here.
As an added bonus there is an exercise that is guaranteed to help you be more active or passive at will and master the power of intention. No matter who you’ve heard talk about this before, Tony Robbins, Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, this one exercise will trump them all.
I guarantee that if you diligently practice this one exercise for a month, you will retake complete control of your life and being.
