When I sold limited partnerships the boss gave us a presentation we had to memorize. Most sales people altered his presentation, some to the point that it was unrecognizable. None of the sales people sold anywhere near as much as I did and I continued to deliver his presentation word for word.
I am just saying, if you crumble granola bars up into the paste it won’t taste or work the same, if you put chocolate sauce on it that will take away some of the benefit and probably not taste good. If you mix the paste into a carrot cake you will have less beneficial paste and probably an absurd carrot cake. I invite you to use only these ingredients and mix it just so for a few weeks before you even consider altering the recipe. While it only took two bites for me to acquire a taste for this gourmet paste it might take you a day or two, the health benefits are worth it. Enjoy!

Please don’t let the color scare you this isn’t to be confused with other green drinks. This paste is not only wonderfully good for you but deliciously addictive.
Alix drinks a green drink along with her morning paste. A decent idea since it is a little bit dehydrating. A glass of water will work too.
Recipe Here
1 scoop super seed (from Garden of Life)
2 TBs Hemp Protein (Hemp Pro 50 – Manitoba Harvests)
2 TBs ground flax seeds
sprinkling of cinnamon and turmeric to taste
stevia drops or powder to taste
Mix with water to achieve a putty like consistency and savor each bite.
PS The picture above really isn’t of the green paste this is just off the web, not meant to get your hopes up but it is pistachio pesto which probably tastes out of this world.

Sounds good. Thanks. Will get the ingredients tomorrow. Flax seed is very fun to play with. Whether you grind them or not before soaking, they get very cohesive. Used to make little burgers and saute in ghee. Little maple syrup on top. Irish moss also fun.
Oh it sounds wonderful! All of those ingredients are SO GOOD for you! Except, not so sure about the cinnamon with the turmeric. ?!?! I love them both, but together?
Did Alix invent it?
Thank you Jerry and Alix!
Both the products you link to above, Hemp Pro 50 and Super Seed are available from Vitacost.com at a significant savings for all the would be “Perfect Breakfast” makers.
